The QGB-900c three in one aerosol filling machine, designed by Wenzhou Zhiwei Machinery Co., Ltd., combines semi-automatic content filling, sealing, and propellant filling functions on one workbench. It can work independently or in linkage, offering flexibility and efficiency.
- Content Filling Machine: Suitable for various liquid media with self-suction function, ideal for filling viscous substances like paint and polyurethane foam sealant.
- Semi-Automatic Sealing Machine: Ensures reliable sealing quality with easy installation and adjustment. Can operate at air source pressures of 0.25-0.3MPa.
- Semi-Automatic Propellant Filling Machine: Designed for non-corrosive liquefied gases such as propane, methane, and dimethyl ether. Features imported sealing components and is compatible with various aerosol valves.
The booster pump in the propellant filling machine provides fast and accurate filling due to its large capacity bidirectional boosting mechanism.
