API model ERW Steel Pipe Production LineERW pipe production line is suitable for all kinds of round pipe, square pipe, and rectangular pipe. The required equipment and functions depend on the pipe type and size intended for production.
Classification
According to the product functions, ERW pipe mill can be divided into API model and the national standard model. API model mainly produces high-level steel pipes, such as delivery pipe of petroleum, natural gas, and oil well casing. The national standard model mainly produces the steel pipe, such as water-gas pipe and structure pipe.
Process Flow
Uncoiling → leveling machine → shear and butt welding → feeding device → accumulator → leveling machine → edge trimmer → forming machine → HF welder → IF annealing → air cooling roller table→ water cooling → inline UT → sizing → flying saw → pipe receiving bench → beveling machine → hydrotester → offline UT → length measuring and painting → collection
