HCGM-S250 High Precision CNC/PLC Centerless Grinder
1. Salient features:
1.1 For Grinding wheel and Regulating wheel
1.1.1. The grinding wheel designed for cantilever type, while grinding bracket fixed.
1.1.2. The spindle of grinding wheel adopted muti-plate long bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing.
1.1.3. The frame of regulating wheel moves for adjustment and workpiece fixed in order to equipped different feed devices. The spindle designed for double bracing type, as well as double cylindrical roll bearings, which with better rigidity, and higher precise grinding.
1.1.4. The regulating wheel feed slide is equipped double "V" roller guideway and servomotor that drives ball screws.
1.2. For Lubrication
1.2.1. Lubrication thermostat equipped in grinding wheel spindle.
1.3. Electric
1.3.1. AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel step-less speed control, as well as reverse towing prevent function.
1.4. Dressing
1.4.1.Gear motor drives the ball screw & double "V" roller guideway are adopted on grinding wheel dresser.
1.4.2. Gear motor driven the ball screw & double "V" roller guideway are adopted on regulating wheel, step-less speed.
1.5. Cooling system
1.5.1. The coolant system is equipped with magnetic coolant separator.
1.6. Control system
1.6.1. Touchable panel, automatic plunge-cut grinding, the load, speed, time and step adjustable
1.6.2. PLC and CNC control systems optional.
1.7. Machine body and design
1.7.1. The modularization design has good looking. Its configuration can be selected as client needs.
1.7.2. Iron casting with high rigidity, natural aging.
