FSG-800/1000 Series Surface Grinding Machine Features
Double walled column structure, provide high rigid support. Adopt counterweight balance, make the spindle move stably, and reduce the load of the leadscrew, keep the accuracy for a long time.
Independent, large capacity hydraulic tank, standard equiped with air cooling , isolate heat and vibroseis, to provide excellent power for precision grinding.
Flat-V guideway are adopt on vertical motion, and coat with TURCITE-B belt, to get low fricion coefficien.

AC servo motor drives on cross and vertical motion. MPG(electronic hand wheel) replaces the tradition mechanical hand wheel, which can realize higher accuracy and easy operation.
