Line Width Tester is mainly used to measure the widths of inner and outer range of semi PCBs after etching (before solder masking). In addition, the distance between two lines, distance between holes and edge and diameters of different holes and arcs can also be measured.
Expanding usage:
Line Width Tester can also be used to measure widths of IC wafer, thickness of films, LCD boards, etc.
