NSS neutral salt spray test 24h≈ natural environment for 1 year;

2. According to CSN,JIS,ASTM standards, can set the type of constant temperature control:
(a) salt water spray test :NSS; ASS
(1) Laboratory :35ºC±1ºC
(2) Pressure air barrel :47ºC±1ºC
(b) Corrosion test :CASS
(1) Laboratory :50ºC±1ºC
(2) pressure air barrel :63ºC±1ºC
(1) The inner and outer boxes of the test chamber are made of A-grade PVC polythene board, with A thickness of 5mm, acid and alkali resistance and temperature resistance up to 78ºC
(2) The sealing cover of the laboratory is made of A-grade transparent PVC board, with A thickness of 5mm and A surround reinforcement of 10mm. It is resistant to acid and alkali and temperature of 78ºC. The cover is designed into the best Angle of 106 degrees, so that the condensed water generated in the test process will not drop on the sample and affect the test results
(3) The test refill bottle is of hidden type. After the preparation of salt water, it is filled from the test inlet and then flows into the salt water bin. There is no need to open the lid, and it is easy to clean and not easy to break.
(4) the laboratory basket frame adopts a plane indexing frame, the Angle of 15 degrees and 30 degrees are optional, and the direction of fog and fog is completely consistent on all sides
