Function of Polishing Pad
1.The polishing liquid is effectively and evenly transported to different areas of the polishings pad;
2.After polishing,the reactants and debris which are fully reacted by chemical reaction are discharged smoothly to achieve the removal effect.
3.Maintain the polishing liquid film on the surface of polishing pad so that the chemical reaction can be fully carried out.
4.Keep the polishing process stable and the surface does not deform,so as to obtain better surface morphology.
