Product Description
The QT-20 inclined bed series lathe features a bed made of a 30° integrated and monolithic casting. It is a numerically controlled lathe with simple operation, high machining accuracy, easy comprehension and learning, and high cost-effectiveness. Compared with a flat bed, its triangular structure is stable, with high rigidity, and convenient chip removal. It can achieve various rapid and precise machining operations, such as complex machining like turning the outer circle, arc, taper, and threading. The machine is standardly equipped with a follower rest, which can realize the mass production of various slender shafts, improving the machining efficiency and accuracy.
