1. With workpiece mounted horizontally , the machine has 7 AC servo CNC axes , including vertical travel of column slide as axis - Z , radial feed of grinding wheel as axis - X , workpiece indexing as axis - A , helix angle as axis - B , and wheel dressing axes relatively as axis - U / V / C . In addition , the machine is equipped with a motorized spindle with VFD .
2.With proprietary programming software , machining programs can be compiled automatically by easy data input through educative HMI , with functions like work data storage , profile modification and lead modification .
3.Thanks to hydra - static bearing , the workpiece indexing system proudly features high - precision rotation , heavy - load capacity , and low riction coefficient .
4.With hydra - static linear guide , the main column travels smoothly with good straightness , and with no stick - slip phenomenon .
