Product description:
After repeated rolling, the dough becomes multi-layered and evenly sliced to achieve a soft and uniform effect. It is professionally used to make puff pastry, egg tarts, puff pastry, Danish bread and other crisp foods.
Dual control, food-grade sanitary standard design, motor/electrical equipment overload, phase loss protection device, and linkage protection device.
It is widely used in food processing plants, major supermarkets, bakeries, pastry houses, cake shops, etc.
Machine Features:
1. Usage: All kind of pastries, croissant, puff pastry and pressing dough. It is suitable for pressing dough into thin pieces.
2. The dough sheeter drive with special motor and perform two-way pressing.
3. The machine is equipped with safety shield.
4. All parts that contact the food directly are made of stainless steel or steel with specially treated surfaces, which are endurable in use and in conformity with food hygiene standard.
5. High quality parts, good materials, the pinch roller has hard chromium plated, non-stick and against scratches;
6. Unique oil immersion design, low noise, wear resistance;
7. The specially designed pinch roller and scraper to make uniform thickness.
8. High class polyurethane belt allows smooth and efficient operation and will not shrink or deformation when used in humid conditions.
9. Space- saving, movable folding structure and easy cleaning.
10. Unique design provides lower noise, excellent abrasion resistance to extend machine's life.
11. Having table-top or floor standing type.
