A. All-steel welding structure, entire tempering treatment, better rigidity and higher strength.
B. Welding on professional worktable,it ensures the verticality, parallelism and straightness.
C. The frame is stress-relief treated in automatic tempering furnace for 48 hours, temperature changes as 200↗650↘ 200(ºC), to ensure frame stability and precision. The surface is treated with sand blasting and environmental primer.
D. Adopting world top machine tools - Japan TOSHIBA BSF-150 floor type boring milling machining center to finish the frame at one-time, which farthest assures the precision and stability under long time operation.
