Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by ball lead screws, driven by servo motors
Either vertical or horizontal 4-station or 6-station tool post or gang tools can be selected. The post is located in precision contrite gears with a high repeated positioning accuracy
Both chuck and tail stock are supplied with hydraulic or manual type
The surface of the bed ways is supersonic frequency hardened and precision ground with a long service life
The spindle system is high in the stability and accuracy
Mainly used for turning inner and outer cylindrical surface, end surface, taper surface, arc surface and thread of shaft, etc., with high efficiency and accurate processing.
The bed way has been finely grinned after ultra-tone quenching.
It is applied to various line like automobile, valve, electric tools and hardware,etc.
