High quality customize shearing machine
Application:
The paperboard circular shearing machine (circular shearing machine) mainly used
for shearing transformer insulation paperboard and glass cloth plate, shearing thickness
is 0.5~3mm, it also can shear other sheet with same intensity. The technical requirements
of the transformer manufacturing process has been fully considered during designing, to
ensure the smooth shearing surface. According to the operation mode, machine can be
divided into ordinary type and CNC circular shearing type.
Features:
1 Convenient adjustment. By adjusting the position of the rear frame and lock the
rear frame, the batch of parts can be sheared.
2 This series of machine tool have small dimension. Simple operation, and saving the floor space.
3 Safe and reliable. Each transmission part of the machine considered about the characteristics of reliability and maintenance convenience, and protection parts are mounted to ensure personal safety.
4 Both sides of the headstock are mounted with the supporting rod, the height of the supporting rod is adjustable. It is used for supporting the insulation paperboard to ensure the cutting precision during shearing for the parts with big diameter.
