3. The main structure:
3.1 The main body is welded by two 80mm thick steel plates, and the rigidity is very good. The fuselage is "C"-shapes, the upper part is a hydraulic master cylinder with a cylinder diameter of 220mm, and the lower part is a worktable, which is equipped with a mold part;
3.2 The mold part is guided by four guide columns; the upper blade seat is supported by springs and has a reset function; two blades It is installed vertically and has a certain shearing angle relative to the plane of the worktable. The lower blade has an oblong hole, which is convenient to adjust the gap between the upper and lower blades to adapt to shearing angle steel of different thicknesses.
