Q1: How does your pricing compare with other factories?
A: As professional forklift manufacturers with over 12 years of production and export experience, we ensure to provide
you with more competitive pricing than other factories.
A: Generally, we can deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days since we have common parts in stock. For standard forklifts, we can ensure a very short delivery time. Special order requests
can also be accommodated with delivery as per the confirmed date.
Q3: How soon can you respond to client inquiries?
A: Our team consists of a diligent and dynamic group, working around the clock to respond to client inquiries and questions.
Q4: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: We normally accept T/T or L/C, and sometimes DP terms:
(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment or against the copy of
the original B/L for long-term clients.
(2) On L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Consult your sales manager for more details.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can you work with?
A: As a professional and sophisticated international player, we handle all Incoterms 2010 terms, typically working on regular terms like FOB, CFR, CIF, CP, and DAP.
Q6: How long will your price remain valid?
A: As a tender and friendly supplier, we avoid greedy windfall profits. Our pricing remains stable throughout the year, adjusting only in two circumstances:
(1) Significant fluctuations in the USD: MB exchange rate.
(2) Adjustments by manufacturers due to increased labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics options are available for shipment?
A: We offer several transportation methods for shipping forklifts and other MHE products:
(1) Sea freight for 80% of our shipments, reaching continents like Europe, North America, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.
(2) Road or railway transport for neighboring countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.
(3) International courier services like DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx for urgent and light spare parts.
