Product usage:For the determination of fecal coliform and Escherichia coli.
Test principle:
Tryptone provides carbon and nitrogen source. Bile salt 3 inhibits gram-positive bacteria, especially Gram-positive bacteria and enterococcus faecalis. Lactose is a fermentable sugar; Potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate are buffer agents. Sodium chloride can maintain a balanced osmotic pressure.

Usage
Weigh 37.0g of this product, stir and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, and divide it into 16mm*150mm test tubes with inverted fermentation tubes, 8ml each tube, autoclave at 121ºC for 15 minutes, and set aside.
