Product use: Used for counting fungi and yeast (Chinese Pharmacopoeia).

Product Usage: Weigh 46.0g of this product, add 1000ml of purified water, sterilize under high pressure at 115 ºC for 15 minutes, set aside. Sterilized culture media can only be reheated and melted once.
Note: The potato soaking powder used in the culture medium contains a large amount of starch components. The sterilized culture medium is slightly cloudy and may have a small amount of white sediment. Shake well and pour onto a flat plate. Heating and boiling to dissolve the culture medium before sterilization is less likely to cause precipitation.
