Steel Linear Rollers Bearing Track Detail For Neeble Bearing
The Needle Flat Roller Cage is a limited linear motion guide consisting of high accuracy rollers and very precise cages with low cross sectional height. Since rollers are assembled in a cage with a small pitch distance, load ratings are large and rigidity is high. A single row model and a double row model with a 90° angle are standard and can be used to convert conventional plain guiding parts in machine tools into a rolling guide type, without a large-scale redesign of the bed. Since the high accuracy cage guides the rollers, the frictional resistance is very low without stick-slip, and stable linear motion is obtained.Cages made of synthetic resin are ideal for applications where low noise is required. The rollers are caged securely in a retainer, allowing for easy handling.

Needle roller bearings are equipped with thin and long rollers, so the radial structure is compact, its inner diameter size
andload capacity are the same as other types of bearings, the outer diameter is the smallest, especially suitable for radial
installation size limited bearing results. Bearings without inner rings or needle roller and cage components can be selected
according to different use occasions. At this time, the journal surface and shell hole surface matching with bearings are directly
used as the inner and outer rolling surfaces of bearings. In order to ensure the load capacity and running performance are the
same as those of bearing with rings, the hardness, machining accuracy and surface quality of shaft or shell hole raceway surface
should be similar to the raceway of bearing rings.
