| Characteristics The model HTL-2200 machine is a domestic new-generation and full-automatic production line, researched and developed with Japanese top-touch technology. It is used to produce hollow or filling egg rolls. The production is made up of a beating machine for raw and semi-finished materials, a curing main machine, two conveying and filling machine and a conveyor belt. According to the prescription, raw materials are placed into the beating machine to be stirred into even powdered slurry, and conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the curing machine. After cured, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and put in reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape. Then it is cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails. The curing machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably, by an automatic control system including ignition, cut-off gas after alarm,generator and temperature control devices.The machines of the unit are installed with a program-controlled system. The speed of the wheel hub and the powder slurry thickness can be regulated. The diameter of wafer bar can be changed by transferring different reeling bar shafts. The length of wafer bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm aperture, which controls a shear. The cream and other in filings can be completely or partly poured into hollow or filling egg rolls. In the proceeding above, their main engines are controlled by their own frequency converters. |
