It can be equipped with vacuum machine and local machine to carry out vacuum packaging. It can realize automatic and unmanned vacuum packaging from bag feeding to vacuum pumping to packaging output. Through the configuration of different feeding devices, such as liquid or paste quantitative filling system, multi head weighing system and other feeding mechanisms, the liquid, paste, powder, particle and block can be fed, or a variety of materials can be fed together. The machine is controlled by PLC and operated by man-machine interface. Various detection methods are used to monitor the machine operation. If there is any abnormal situation, there will be alarm output, so as to deal with it in time and avoid the waste of materials and packaging bags. |
