Instant Coffee Production Line, Coffee Powder Processing Line
We supply the whole production line for instant coffee powder from the green coffee beans, including spray drying and freeze drying types. The capacity range is from 10kgs/hour to 800kgs/hour for final coffee powder products. We have good performances in coffee powder production line field both in domestic and overseas. Customer's onsite visiting is available.
Process of instant coffee production line:
Instant coffee is produced by extracting active ingredients from roasted and ground coffee beans and then drying them.
The production process mainly includes:
Pre-treatment---Roasting---Extraction---Separation---Concentration--- Freeze Drying / Spray Drying---Agglomeration/granulation---Automatic control ---Washing In Place
The pretreatment is to remove impurities;
During the frying process, the substances contained in coffee beans occur during this process.
Complex physical and chemical reactions form unique coffee aroma substances
After grinding, the active ingredients in coffee are extracted into water at a certain temperature and pressure.
The drying process is facilitated by vacuum concentration.
