The DTJ-H semi-automatic capsule filling machine is a product proposed by our company in response to the shortcomings of the existing semi-automatic capsule filling machine.
The whole machine adopts programmable control system, touch screen panel operation, stepless frequency conversion debugging, pneumatic combined control, and electronic automatic counting.
The design of the equipment adopts the double-head automatic capsule filling machine's dialing method. In terms of dialing speed, mold replacement, filling degree, maintenance, etc., it has made obvious progress compared with the old semi-automatic capsule filling machine. Become more fast, convenient, simple and stable. In terms of bag lock, we adopt pneumatic control and automatic bag lock method to save labor time.
In terms of human and machine equipment, our company has installed a safety door device at the dialing station. When the safety door is not closed, the equipment is in a static state and cannot be operated. In the powder filling station, a visual window is added to observe the powder filling level. A barrier is installed on the lock bag station to avoid accidents when the lock bag turns over. A capsule tray rack is added to the right side of the device for easy application.
The body and work surface are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and oxidation.
The equipment can fill different types of capsules for hard capsule filling of powder, granule, pellets and other medicines and health care products.
