Product Description
Shells are one of the most important components of the Tube Heat Exchangers. These parts are made from rolled plates and welded with ASME welding requirements.
MAITAN cooperates with several pressure vessel manufactures which have the ASME "U" Identification to supply guaranteed shells. All the welding steps are high strictly followed the WPS, ASME IX requirements and the welding operations are performed by seasoned and ASME Weld Qualified welders.
Also the Shell welding lines will be 100% X-Ray Tested before the delivery.
Shell Materials: Carbon Steel , Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel, Titanium and Titanium Alloys
Nickel and Nickel Alloys, Hastelloys, Clad materials
