1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory, and also a trading company. We can provide a one-stop service for our customers.

2. Q: How to install?
A: We will provide detailed installation in English and drawings to you after the delivery. We also can provide remote video instruction.
3. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is within 30 days, definitely according to quantity and color.
4. Q: How can I get the quotation for the project?
A: If you have drawings, we can offer you our quotation according to your drawing.
If you have no design, our engineer will design some drawings for you to confirm. And then offer you a quotation.
5. Q:What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% of T/T is used as a deposit and 70% before delivery. Before you pay the balance, we will show you the photos of the product and packaging.
