produces supports/braces and a warehouse for inspection and packing use. Meanwhile,

A: We inspect all goods prior to shipments to ensure goods have no problem. If quality issue is
found after you receiving the goods, we will send replacement or necessary refund.
Q3: Can you do OEM, ODM?What is your MOQ?
A: We offer OEM,ODM service for our products such as private label, logo print on products
and customized packing. Our MOQ is not limited for goods we have stock but OEM order has
MOQ of 500 Units. Welcome to discuss details with us.
Q4:What is payment term?Which payment method can you accept?
A: Our standard payment term is 30% as deposit and balance before delivery, but we accept
negotiation. Payment methods we normally use are TT Transfer, Payoneer, Paypal,
Alibaba Trade Assurance Order, Wester Union and etc.
