HNBR has high temperature resistance of 130 ~ 180 ºC and cold resistance of - 55 ~ - 38 ºC. It has good oil resistance, heat resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, ozone resistance and high compression permanent deformation resistance. At the same time, HNBR also has the characteristics of high strength, high tear performance and excellent wear resistance. It is one of the rubber with excellent comprehensive properties.
20CrMnTi is carburized steel, which is usually low carbon steel with carbon content of 0.17% - 0.24%. It is carburized steel with good performance and high hardenability. After carburizing and quenching, it has hard and wear-resistant surface and tough core, high low-temperature impact toughness, medium weldability and good machinability . It is used to manufacture important parts with section less than 30mm that bear high-speed, medium or heavy load, impact and friction, such as gear, ring gear, gear shaft crosshead, etc.

We can provide some free samples (total value under 15 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEXaccount or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.
If the total value of samples is more than 15 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company; or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
