Heavy-duty Polyurethane Primary Cleaner
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
PRIMARY CLEANER is installed on the surface of the unloading pulley, located below the center-line of the pulley, and is suitable for harsh operating environments. As the first stage of a multi-level cleaning system, the primary polymer cleaner can remove most of the materials adhering to the belt. It is currently an excellent alternative to regular cleaners, with a unique design that integrates easy installation, easy maintenance and excellent cleaning effects.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The scraper adopts a Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) material PU (GB/T33092) specially designed and developed for conveyor belt cleaners. The polyurethane itself has a certain degree of elasticity and excellent wear resistance, ensuring a longer service life of the scraper.
2. Equipped with a spring automatic compression device, it is regularly compressed to achieve long-term maintenance free.
3. The cleaning scraper is a solid integrated scraper, which is more tightly integrated with the conveyor belt.
4. The cleaning scraper is easy to replace, just remove one side pin and insert a new scraper, the entire process only takes a few minutes.
5. The perfect match between the cleaning scraper and the conveyor belt. The width of the scraper is designed based on the material width, and the difference in wear between the two ends is minimized. It has more efficient cleaning capabilities, long service life and excellent cleaning effect.
6. Easy installation. It can be easily installed on the discharge hopper or top open conveyor.
7. Easy to use and maintain, with an automatic compression spring device for quick visual inspection. By adjusting the nut, the scraper pressure can be adjusted to the best, making it convenient and repeatable to operate.
