Al Silica Gel Properties
Al Silica gel is colorless or light yellow transparent or translucent spherical particles with chemical moleculer formula mSiO2.nAl2O3.xH2O. Stable chemical properties, non - combustion, insoluble in any solvent except strona bese and hvdrofluoric acid. Compered with the silica gel with fine holes, the adsorption capacity of low humidity is similar (such as RH=10%. RH=20%), but the adsorption capacity of high humidity (such as RH=80%,RH=90%) is 6-10% higher than that of the silica gel with fine holes, and the thermal stablity(350ºC) is more than 150ºC higher than that of the silica gel with fine holes, so it is very suitable to be used as the variablle termperature adsorption and separation agent.

It is mainly used for the adsorption and separation of light hydrocarbons by dehydration of petroleum industry Natural Gas . It can also be used as catalyst and catalyst carrier in petroleum industry. Industrial desiccant liquid adsorbent and gas separation.
