STARSE AICD Water Control Screen
Structure
AICD is composed of main body, floating bowl and bottom cover. Floating bowl is assembled in the central axis of main body. Bottom cover is connected to the inner round body by screw thread. Main body has inflow holes and bottom cover has outflow-holes for stream pass through.

- Excellent functionality, float-type AICD can restrain fluid flow autonomously based on fluid viscosity.
- Under the same differential pressure, crude oil flow rate passed through the AICD is much higher than water, roughly 6-10 times.
- Advanced principle, unique structure design, great water/gas control and EOR effects.
- Optimized simulation design can be done according to actual reservoir parameters and predicted production.
- Alloy 718 (or special materials) are available for the core parts of float-type AICD, featuring high pressure, high temperature and corrosion resistant properties
