Product Description
The newest TUV/CE approved DL-150A wood chipper with hydraulic feeding, electronic no-stress system adjustment and trouble (get stuck) removal equipment.
The DL-150A wood chipper has been designed for use in the agriculture and forestry sectors, and should be use to chip seasoned wood with a maximum diameter of approximately 155 mm, cut off from the plant at least 4 months before the chipping takes place.
The wood chipper is drawn by a tractor by means of a 3-point coupling.
The wood chipper uses a disc with knives and is equipped with a feeding shaft and chain, which are powered by the power take-off shaft of the tractor via a joint connector.
The woodchipper consists of the following elements:
- a frame with built-in legs for support and parking;
- a universal three-point coupling system for a tractor;
- a jointed shaft connector;
- a belt drive unit;
- a shaft start-up drive unit;
- a special safety device stopping the inflow of wood;
- a disc with knives;
- a set of knives;
- a feeding hopper for uncut wood;
- a discharge pipe for chipped wood;
- a feeding shaft;
- a feeding chain.

Special precautions should be taken during loading and unloading which should be performed by qualified pers nnel (carriers, forklift operators, etc.).

POINT A: FEED CONTROL LEVER. This lever allows the operator to:
1) Start the feeding line (insertion of product) by moving it downwards (pos. 1).
2) Stop the feeding line by moving it to the middle position (pos. 2).
3) Reverse the feeding line direction by moving it upwards (pos. 3).

The NO-STRESS system is factory calibrated, and the operator should avoid modifying its settings,unless the manufacturer gives their permission.
Models with a hydraulic power system are equipped with a hydraulic tank (seen on the side photo), as well as a hydraulic oil filling plug and air vent .

The machine does not require any adjustments. We only recommend that you carefully inspect the branches and logs that are inserted into the machine. The maximu allowable diameter is 155 mm, you should always ensure that there are no nails or metal object amongst the wooden material.

The wood chipper features a fully adjustable debris deflector on the exhaust chute that allows you to easily raise or lower the angle of the chip stream. Also have 360 degree rotary implements on exhaust pipe, so the exhaust pipe can be easy rotary 360 degree.
This unit runs on a standard PTO shaft, which is included with the chipper. This tractor implement will work on just about any tractor.
