Quality Assurance Service Principles
1. If a user purchases a Xuvol product or a host product equipped with a Xuvol product and, under normal use and maintenance, is damaged due to product manufacturing, assembly, etc., Xuvol will guarantee the product during the warranty period.
2. After using the complete machine and its parts, users will first focus on maintenance. If it is indeed irreparable and the responsibility for major failures is difficult to define, the complete machine and corresponding parts can be replaced.
