Hollow bricks (bricks with a porosity of equal to or greater than 40%, bricks with large holes and a small number of holes, are often used in non-load-bearing parts and have a lower strength grade).

Solid bricks and porous bricks are mostly used in load-bearing structural walls, and hollow bricks are mostly used in non-load-bearing structural walls.
