Easy adjustment structure. A single rod enable the header be flexibly adjusted with four degrees of freedom x and z, which can beflexibly matched to different pipelines;
High accuracy. The label tape deflection correction mechanism prevents the label from deviating. The subdivision stepping motor drives the label, and the front and rear positions of the label are accurate;
Intelligent control, automatic photoelectric tracking. no object, no labeling. Automatic correction and label detection to prevent missing labels and material waste;
Touch screen operation interface with full English annotations and fault prompt. Parameter settings are simple and quick.
Stable performance. Applying Panasonic PLC + Panasonic touch screen + subdivided stepping motor + optical fiber sensor electronic control system to support long-term machine running;
Optional functions: 1) Hot coding/printing function; 2) Base fine adjusting; 3) Other functions (customized according to customer requirements).
