Product Description
1. Machine Description
DPP-250XF Blister Packing Machine is widely used for packing tablets,capsules,candy,chew gum and other similar shape solid articles with alu-plastics & alu-alu blister in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industries.
The machine can finish the following actions automatically: Aluminum foil or Plastic (PVC) blister forming, automatic material feeding, PTP alu-foil press and heat-sealing, press the batch number & perforation and punching.
2. Some technical features
1) The structure is rational. And elements of electricity and gas are all from Siemens and SMC,making sure that the machine can run stably for a long time.
2) Adopt humane design,combination of split,and can enter into lift and cleaning room.
3) The installation of mold adopts fast-installing screw. Travel route adopts mathematical control,And it's convenient to change specification.
4) It has vision rejection function(option) ensuring the integrity of the product.
5) Reserved the position of forming material,meeting the requirements of technological production.
6) Ensuring the safety of operation and each station have visible safety cover.
7) It can be connected to other equipment,and work together.
