This state-of-the-art machine is primarily designed for stranding a variety of insulated wires. It is also adept at twisting copper and aluminum wires with back-twisting functionality, and it excels in creating steel armoring for power cables.
2. Main Features:
1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Incorporating a fully gear-driven back-twist mechanism, this machine ensures a flawless 100% back-twist stranding process.
2> High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages feature a gear back-twist design, and the main center shaft is constructed with seamless steel tubing. Equipped with large bearings on both ends, an iron-cast gearbox, and gears refined through grinding treatment, the tracking capstan is also made of cast iron. The integration of a ground shaft and gearbox transmission, rather than a chain connection, significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages, the transmission system's strength, and the cages' rotational speed, ensuring unparalleled productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is configured, the precise proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and haul-off speed is established. This ensures the stranding pitch remains constant throughout production, guaranteeing the accurate synchronization of each cage, which simplifies operation in the electrical control system.
