[Application scope and technical characteristics]
ZDY1200G full hydraulic core drilling rig is a multifunctional drilling rig specially designed for metal mine tunnel environment. The modular design of each system, power unit and control platform make it widely used in surface exploration. In addition, the rig's feeding fuselage, base and lifting frame are all made of high-strength aviation aluminum, which greatly reduces the weight and disintegrates quickly. At the same time, two low-power power pumping station units are used to replace a single high-power pumping station, which reduces the weight of a single component, improves passability and ease of relocation. Only one of the pump stations is required for the shallow hole operation. The drilling capacity is 500m (with Φ71 drill pipe), and drilling can be carried out within ±90°. It is suitable for rope coring construction in the range of -90°~+35°.
