Δ  The main structure castings are made of HT300 material, the surface hardness is not less than HB250, and they are subjected to high temperature annealing and natural aging treatment.  
Δ  Reasonable cloth ribs provide good overall rigidity, keep the fundamental frequency away from the resonance zone, and ensure processing finish.
The base has three layers, the column has two layers of rib casting structure, the super wide base, the head and the column joint surface adopts a 1:1:1 design to increase cutting rigidity.  
Δ  The machine body adopts a symmetrical plane design, showing unique processing accuracy, and is the preferred model for parts and mold processing.
Δ  The machine body adopts X, Y axis roller guide rail and Z axis hard rail design, which not only ensures the machining accuracy and efficiency, but also ensures the rigidity of the machine tool.
Δ  Provide X, Y, Z three-axis hard rail support to meet heavy processing.  
Δ  The spindle adopts synchronous tool change and a servo tool magazine to reduce tool change time and improve work efficiency.
