PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTIC:
SJ-PLG Series HIGH SPEED Flat Film Tape Extruder is designed and developed on the basis of foreign advanced technology, microprocessor control, frequency control and silicone DC speed-adjustable control etc. The main parts use foreign quality products, with enlarged L/D ratio and widen mixing smelt zone on the extruder screw pot that is specially processed with quality steel. The filter exchanging system with advanced foreign automatic belt shifting filter and the heating board with advanced hot air oven make the main technical performance of this tape extruder reach international advanced level. This tape extruder features in performance of high speed and high-yielding, low power consumption, good framing quality of the fabric tube. The structure of this tape extruder is of pleasing appearance, smooth running, flexible and reliable control, excellent workmanship, convenient operation and safe reliability can be used in various flat plastic tape forming conversions from the raw material of thermoplastics, such as PP,PE.
