1. Summary
DYL series hydraulic discharge extruder is a hydraulic filling equipment matching with planetary power mixer, planetary dispersing power mixer and dispersing power mixer. It is for filling certain following materials, especially for press filling viscous materials. It features simple structure and ease of operation. This machine is comprised of chassis, lifting rack, cylinder, press plate, hydraulic system, voltage stabilizing system, discharge flow control system, electric control cabinet. Chassis and lifting rack are section steel closed welded structure, with proper size and scale, balanced and stable. Vacuum hydraulic discharge extruder is based on hydraulic discharge extruder to add a vacuum sealing cover, and with enhanced strength of chassis, to meet extruding requirement under vacuum condition for special high-viscosity materials.
