1. Introduction 

RBZ-40 type automatic flexible packaging machine integrates in industry production characteristics, mainly 

used in composite film tube packaging of silicone sealant, polyurethane sealant and such paste materials. 

This machine is horizontal structure and compact structure in small size, ease of moving, adopting advanced 

pneumatic and optoelectronic montoring as well as PLC intelligent control and reliable mechanical structure technology. Mainly includes the four closely linked processes of flexible package tube making, PLC precision 

controlled filling, double sealing forming and automatic cutting. Production is completed automatically on the 

integrated working platform, needing no manual intervention, with accurate filled weight, consistent batches, 

replacing conventional sectional processes of tube making-filling punching, etc., avoiding problems of matching

between different processes. As a new-type automatic production line, it improves product quality and 

increases production efficiency, and reduces production loss, and its products are of excellent sealing performance.
