HW-CCD series one-button detector is mainly used for 2D size detection, which is a new type of image measurement technology. 
It differs from the traditional two-dimensional image measuring instrument in that it no longer requires a scale displacement sensor as an accuracy standard, and doesn't require a large magnification lens to amplify item to ensure its accuracy. Through double high-precision telecentric lens, the product contour image is transmitted to million pixels or even 71 million high-resolution CCD cameras for digital processing, and then the high-precision measurement software with powerful computing capability is used for precision measurement, data determination and real-time output. Three steps are combined into one button, 100 sizes can be tested in one second, and the efficiency is 10 times that of traditional imager, which can effectively save labor cost and improve test efficiency.
