Vibration Finishing Machine
Working in a similar way as Mirror Polishing Machine, Vibration Finishing Machine is for the Vibration Finishing on Stainless Steel Surface.
Unlike Mirror Polishing, Which is called Non-Directional Finishing, Vibration Finishing could be referred as a Multi-Directional Finishing.
Mirror Polishing Machines is a type of Centric Polishing, The Polishing Felts are always turning in a circle, and thus the polishing is always mirror and Non-Directional. While Vibration finishing is a type of eccentric polishing, the Polishing pad are turning an ellipse instead of circles, thus, the finishing is always directional.
When Turing in an ellipse, Polishing Pad is like to be vibrating from the horizontal angle, thus, the name Vibration Finishing.
By Vibration Finishing, The Minor Scratches, Dirt, Oxide Skin Etc from the Original Sheets can be covered.
