FRP radomes working process and our material suggestion:
Pultrusion working methods, suitable for thickness from 1.8--2.3mm (More or less layers basis on).
Materials: Polyester tissue combo mat EMKN300/45 + 2400 direct roving + Stitched mat EMK450 + Polyester tissue backed fiberglass UD weft combo mat (Polyester tissue has great water-resistance, corrosion resistance...and use UD weft combo mat make sure enough strength when drillings without splitings).
