1. Brief Introduction
JX2400/7.5-9.5/3U+10Y type aluminum (alloy) rod continuous casting and rolling line is manufactured by our company advanced technology. It adopts 2-roller type oil-water separation technology for roughing rolling which is greatly different with traditional rolling mill and has advantages of high rolling strength, high production efficiency, simple maintenance, low energy consumption, excellent quality etc.

2. Process Flow

Aluminum ingot and scrap aluminum wire →melting furnace and holding furnace→ refining process(degassing and filtering) → launders → continuous casting machine →forward hauling and automatic shearer→ straightening machine→ Induction heater→ roughing rolling mill→ Finishing rolling mill→ quenching and cleaning bags→ rod passage→ new type vertical tightness coiler with dual baskets.
