Abstract:
Features of W660 wireless large-screen melting thermometer:
1. It has the flexibility of portable thermometer and the long-distance visibility of wall mounted large screen instrument, which eliminates the connection between the thermometer gun and the large screen display.
2. It is composed of portable smelting thermometer with wireless transmitting function and large screen display with wireless receiving function (5-inch digital tube display: word height 128mm). At the end of temperature measurement, it has the functions of synchronous light indication, electric bell sound prompt and automatic maintenance of temperature measurement success value; it has the alarm functions of broken couple, over range, power supply under voltage, etc.
3. The original imported professional data transmission module is used to ensure the highly reliable wireless transmission of measurement data.
4. Five types of thermocouples can be used. It has excellent anti-interference ability because of the anti-interference measures adopted. When the medium frequency furnace is electrified for melting, it can measure temperature in the furnace without power off.

Instrument installation
1, large screen display installation:
Generally speaking, the large screen display should be installed in the range of 10-50 meters from the linear visual distance of the temperature measurement point, so as to facilitate observation and recording. The installation position should be 2-4 meters above the ground, and there should be no object blocking at the receiving antenna of the display. The display power supply is AC220V (with lighting line power supply, grounding must be reliable).
2,Installation of wireless transmitting portable melting thermometer
Open the packing box, take out the three sections of the test gun, hold the copper head section with your hand, and screw it one by one to avoid breaking the welding by twisting the compensation wire, and there should be no shaking sensation after screwing.
Carefully connect the microphone plug in the test barrel to the microphone socket in the meter (be sure to insert the signal plug into the socket to the end), and then insert the test gun rod into the connecting sleeve and tighten it with a stop screw.
3. Installation of electric bell
Open the packing case, take out the bell, correctly insert the jack marked "bell" on the instrument, and hang it on the wall near the instrument.
