Application Scope:
High temperature & high pressure vacuum impregnation system is mainly applied to special material industry. Under the effect of vacuum, high temperature and high pressure, various materials react polymerization to obtain composite material or special performance.
Under the effect of vacuum, high temperature and high pressure, materials such as carbon fiber and silicon carbide ceramics transform into composite materials with characteristics such as wear resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. High temperature & high pressure vacuum impregnation system can accomplish the development and manufacture of these special materials.
Analogous equipment is also applied in material industry and is used for material modification and structure improvement to increase material performance. Materials, like graphite product, engine casing, firebrick and timber, can be improved in compactness, strength and resistance under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation. In the same way, vacuum pressure impregnation can completely solve the problem of micro leakage appearing in automobile engine casting and high pressure valve, raising the product pass rate and eliminating the leakage problems of workpiece. Impregnated by different varnish (like pitch and preservative), firebrick and timber can change the material characteristics to achieve various effects.
