(Generic name) Reassortant Avian Influenza Virus (H5 Vaccine) Vaccine, Inactivated (Cell Source, H5-Re14)
(Main Components and Content) The vaccine contains inactivated Reassortant Avian Influenza Virus H5N8 Subtype, Strain H5 Re-14 proliferated by MDCK cells. The HA Titers before inactivation were 1:256.
(Physical Property) White milky emulsion
(Indication for Use) For prevention of avian influenza H5 subtype 2.3.4.4b branch. Immunity will be produced after 14 days of vaccination, and the immune period of chickens will be 6 months. One more booster for ducks and geese after first administration, the immune period will be 4 months.
(Administration and Dosage)
To be injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously at the neck area. At a dosage of 0.3 ml for chickens at 14-35 days old, 0.5 ml for chickens older than 35 days.Also, at a dosage of 0.5ml for ducks and geese at 14-35 days old and 1.0 ml for ducks and geese older than 35 days.
(Adverse Effects)No adverse effects generally if product used properly.
(Precautions)
1. Don't administer to Birds infected avian influenza virus or to unhealthy Birds.
2. Don't freeze the vaccine.
3. Don't use if you noticed any changes in physical appearance.
4. The vaccine temperature should be restored to room temperature and shake well before use.
5. Change syringe needles on time.
6. Once the bottle is open, the vaccine should be used out within 1 day.
7. Don't use within 28 days before slaughter
8. Used vaccine vials, utensils and unused vaccines should be treated harmlessly
