Test Procedure

2. For serum testing, drip 2 or 3 drops of specimen into the sample well.
3. For whole blood testing, drip 1 drop of whole blood and 1 or 2 drops of buffer into the sample well.

1. Negative:Only one colored band appears on the control (C) region. No apparent band on the test (T) region.

3. Invalid: A total absence of color in both regions is an indication of procedure error and/or the test reagent has deteriorated.
