Composition:
Mixture of dark aromatic resin and hydrocarbon resin
Properties:
Appearance: dark brown/black granules
Softening point (ring ball method): 100-110ºC

Performance and Application:
1. Improve the mixing uniformity of rubber which has different viscosity and polarity at the mixing stage.
2. Shorten the rubber raw materials mixing time and lower the mixture Mooney viscosity.
3. Improve the mixture viscidity to make the compound not escaping from roller.
4. Speed up the mixture extrusion and maintain a stable expansion rate for extrusion.
5. Suitable only for dark and black tyres and rubber products.
6. Especially suitable for the tyre inner lining, tubes and bladders, improving the air impermeability significantly.
Usage:
Recommended to add at the beginning of mixing.
Applicable Rubbers:
NR, BR, SBR, CR, IIR, BIIR, CIIR, EPDM etc.

One of our plants is located in the Zheshang Science and Technology Park in Jiashan, Zhejiang. This plant is at the center of prosperous Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai economic zone, and has achieved fasr and sustainable growth since the establishment due to strong market demand and our outstanding research and quality control capabilities.
This plant can provide high quality masterbatches, homoginizer, vulcanizer, scorch retarder and several other rubber processing additives. In 2014, we paseed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificate audit. In 2016, we passed the TS16949 Quality System and OGSAS 18001 certificate audit.
