Glass Drilling Machine
Model HHJGZK0222 Nesting glass drilling machine adopts pneumatic way to clamp glass,upper and under drills successively drill holes and the under drill can rise automatically.Both of their position and speed are adjustable,Automatic feeding and workbench's pneumatic elevation ensure the feasibility of massive continuous production and processing.
The main mechanical functions are as follows:
1. Glass pressing mechanism: used for pressing work to facilitate drilling and nesting.
2. Upper bit operating mechanism: used to operate the upper bit for manual drilling and manual drilling nesting.
3. Speed adjustment and belt tensioning mechanism: used to adjust the speed of the upper and lower drilling shafts and the adjustment of the belt feed.
4. Electrical control box and operation panel; used to control and operate the machine for work.
5. Floating worktable: used as an auxiliary support for workpieces when processing large workpieces. When the size of the workpiece is not large, it is not necessary to install it.
6. Cooling system: Provide cooling water for cooling the upper and lower drill bits.
7. Pneumatic system: It provides power for clamping mechanism, material receiving mechanism, lower bit feed and floating table movement.
8. Feeding mechanism: used to receive and store the drilled core.
